Law firm Harvey Ingram finalises merger
LAW firm Harvey Ingram has completed its merger with its Midlands counterpart Shakespeares.
The combined firm is due to begin operating from September 1. The merger hascreated the second largest law firm spanning the East and West Midlands and Home Counties.
The offices in Milton Keynes, Bedford and Newport Pagnell will trade under the Shakespeare name from September.
Harvey Ingram senior partner Stephen Woolfe and his Shakespeares’ equivalent Mark English will be joint-senior partners of the firm. Simon Astill (pictured) formerly managing partner of Harvey Ingram, will be the merged firm’s director of risk and compliance.
The merged firm will also trade from offices in Leicester, Nottingham, Birmingham, Stratford-upon-Avon, Moreton-in-Marsh, Shipston-on-Stour and Solihull.
