Thousands line streets to cheer Red Bull world champions
TENS of thousands of Formula One fans were treated to an unforgettable display as the all-conquering Red Bull Racing staged an exclusive live demonstration on the streets of Central Milton Keynes.
Around 60,000 motor racing fans lined Midsummer Boulevard to watch F1 world champion Sebastian Vettel (pictured) and his team mate Mark Webber drive the cars between Saxon Gate and Milton Keynes Central railway station.
Amid the roar of engines and clouds of tyre smoke, Christian Horner – principal of the Tilbrook-based team – and chief technical officer Adrian Newey were also there to meet and greet fans.
The event was organised by Milton Keynes Council.
